Rarely has a bushcraft knife been as graceful as the beautiful Karesuando Huggaren. The birch wood handle, stained dark with oil, is finished off at the pommel by a slice of reindeer horn. The transition to the long and wide blade is a disc of polished brass. Sandvik 12C27 was chosen as the steel for this traditional survival knife because it is highly resistant to corrosion and easy to sharpen. The latter also applies to the cutting edge, as it is ground in the Scandi style, which makes resharpening very easy. This knife will definitely not leave you alone in the dark forest. To be able to carry it relaxed on the next tour through the Swedish wilderness, a typical Lapland leather sheath is included.
