This exclusive Laguiole pocket knife is an original from France and demonstrates the craftsmanship of a talented Laguiole en Aubrac blacksmith in all its splendor, filling the owner of this pocket knife with pride. The ornate double plates on both sides of the forged, guilloché spring are striking. The expressive pattern is complemented by the bee. The polished 10 cm long blade with Laguiole en Aubrac stamping is made from 12C27MOD steel. This stainless steel has a rock hardness of 55-57 HRC and is easy to resharpen. An intelligently placed blade stop prevents the blade from hitting the handle when closing and damaging the grind. A small chisel has been worked into the top by hand, giving the knife a harmonious look. The ironwood handle scales were riveted to the plates with pins. The traditional shepherd's cross can be seen on one side. The finely polished bolsters surround the beautifully crafted handle scales. The Laguiole ironwood knife with double bolsters is an elegant, stylish Gentelman knife with French charm.
Craftsmanship that can be seen!
This exceptional knife has intricately crafted double plates, a forged spring and polished bolsters. The bolsters, like the back spring, are artfully decorated and the traditional bee, which is the trademark of Laguiole knives, can also be found here. Even the feather in the handle has been chiseled by hand. The wings of the bee have an engraved pattern. On the root of the blade we find a finely engraved pattern. All this elaborate work gives the Laguiole knife its high-quality and unique elegance.
