This Laguiole knife comes from the region of Aveyron, Forge de Montézic by Laguiole en Aubrac and shows elegance in its French charm. It fits in a jacket or in the pocket of a pair of jeans and shows exactly who is wearing it. Equipped with a highly polished stainless steel blade and a folding corkscrew, nothing stands in the way of arranging a bottle of wine. It only takes a moment to realise that the ebony handle with the polished stainless steel bolsters and plates create a beautiful colourful picture. The Laguiole with its forged spring shows the bee pointing to the tip of the knife. The chasing (guillochage) is worked in by hand with a file and embellishes the overall impression of the French knife. It takes 106 steps for a blacksmith to finish the knife. It is a knife with style made in France.
