The handle scales made of olive wood, which have been firmly destroyed with the hilt, are beautiful. On one side you can see the shepherd's cross, which is made of small stainless steel pins. The handmade Laguiole knife has a forged nib with the well-known bee, which is known all over the world. The subsequent decoration is done by hand by a blacksmith and adorns the knife. On the stainless sharp blade made of 12C27 steel, which is opened two-handed, you can see the deep embossing of the Laguiole en Aubrac manufacture.
