Even the handle is a tactile experience: the handle scales made of fine walnut root wood give the knife a natural warmth that fits perfectly in the hand. The wood, shaped by time and nature, has an individual grain that makes each piece unique. The fat carbon bolsters add the stylish finishing touch – with their fascinating structure and interplay of light and depth, they almost look like highly polished charcoal. Their composition ensures stability and provides a modern contrast to the organic elegance of the wood.

At the heart of this perfectly designed tool is the 9 cm long drop point blade made of C75 carbon steel – uncompromising in its sharpness, matt and unobtrusive thanks to its stonewashed finish.
