Whether Serrano, Black Forest, Parma or cooked ham - this knife cuts all types effortlessly into wafer-thin slices. With its long, slim blade made of non-stainless C75 carbon steel and an ergonomic overall length of 32.8 cm, it glides through the food almost by itself. The blade measures 22 cm and allows precise work to bring out every flavor in the ham.

The handle is made of graceful plum wood and its natural shape offers a pleasant feel that fits perfectly in the hand.
