The Swiss dagger from Böker is a new edition of the dagger already used in the 15th and 16th centuries by the pikemen from Switzerland. He took even then more a position between the dagger and the sword, which is due to the very long blade. At that time, it was by no means a part of the equipment, but was rather obtained privately, as it served very well even then. Very characteristic is the design of the handle made of cherry wood, where the design is known since the 13th century. The 21.9 cm long dagger blade is made of the high-quality C75 carbon steel, which has a particularly high breaking strength as well as an extreme edge retention. This not only makes it very sharp, but also keeps it that way for a long time. However, it is a rusting steel, which is very grateful about some oil and care. Included in the delivery is, in addition to a high-quality metal sheath, also an individual serial number, which is immortalized on the knife.
