Das Pilar Taschenmesser von CRKT verbindet minimalistisches Design mit effektiver Funktionalität. Das Design stammt vom vom Jesper Voxnaes aus Dänemark, der mit seinen innovativen und praktischen Klingenformen immer wieder begeistert. Das Pilar ist ein Gebrauchsmesser, das geschlossen unauffällig getragen werden kann. Mittels Flipper wird die 6,8 cm lange Klinge aus 8Cr14Mov Stahl geöffnet und durch ein Edelstahl-Framelock sicher arretiert. Es ist ein ordentlich bedienbares Messer, das dank der Zeigefingerfehlschärfe für unterschiedliche Schneidpositionen zur Verfügung steht. Die Vorder- und Rückseite des Griffes sowie die Griffschale besteht aus Edelstahl. Am Griffende kann eine Fangschnur befestigt werden. Mit dem kompakten Clip (Tip-up/Tip-down) kann das Pilar bequem an der Kleidung befestigt werden und ist mit der auffallend modifizierten Sheepfoot-Klinge eine schicker Helfer.
