Dutch knifemaker Gudy van Poppel is best known for his work in Europe and the States. He started out as a true blacksmith and has been making blades and handmade custom knives for years. In his own models, he emphasizes the use of natural materials to enhance his knives. In collaboration with Fox Knives and WE, he develops highly functional knives with his own unique style that continues to delight our knife world.
