This high-quality processed kitchen knife is something for the absolute cheese fanatics among you! Whether Brie, Cambozola or the classic Camembert - the enjoyment of these fantastic cheeses is usually only a small problem: The preparation, especially the cutting, regularly turns out to be very annoying with ordinary kitchen knives. Cheese remains constantly stick to the blade and have to be picked off every second. This is hardly a source of joy. The solution to this problem is a high-class knife that is manufactured in the Güde factory. Elaborately forged by hand, the Alpha Pear soft cheese knife goes through 40 manual operations during production. The 15 cm long blade is very sharp and has three blade recesses, which give the cheese little room to stick. Perfect for skewering any delicacy are the two teeth that form a kind of blade tip. The finishing touch is the wonderful looking handles made of fine velvety pear wood. An absolute "must have" for any friend of fine kitchen tools!
All wood-trimmed Alpha models should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
