The culinary art of legendary China in a knife - the Güde Alpha Olive Chai Dao. The culinary achievements of the Middle Kingdom require an equally traditional tool. For this, over the centuries, the Chai Dao - shape was created, which is a knife between cleaver and chef's knife. It is perfectly suited for chopping and cutting meat, fish and vegetables and is thus a real all-rounder in Chinese cuisine. At least as steeped in history as the knife shape itself could be the handle wood, which consists of olive wood up to 500 years old and gives the Chai Dao a noble design element. The ice-hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel offers the perfect hardness of 56 HRC to be long-lasting sharp, but also not brittle. Only for bones should you use a purebred cleaver.
