Product information "Alpha Santoku 14 cm"

The Santoku is ideally suited for the finest cutting work in the kitchen and chops meat as well as fish or vegetables without any problems. The name ,,Santoku" comes from the Japanese and stands for the typical blade shape. The hand-forged, 14 cm long blade is made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, is stainless, cryogenically hardened and hand-sharpened. The black, sturdy Hostaform handle has aluminum palm rivets and is therefore not dishwasher safe.
