What a beautiful knife! The Kaico-Tou from Kanetsune Seki impresses with its traditional look and high-quality workmanship. Japanese knives generally have a certain appeal, but this one is even more special. Translated, Kaico means something like "nostalgic", which clearly alludes to the classic design of the knife. The combination of stainless steel bolsters and fine, riveted wooden handle scales has always been very popular and is enjoying a nice comeback with the Kaico-Tou. The 7 cm long blade of the pocket knife is particularly practical for everyday use, cutting through everyday tasks with ease. The AUS-8 blade steel used offers great cutting performance and is particularly impressive with its edge retention.
