Hartkopf Knives from Solingen

In 1890, the grandfather of the current owner, Günter Hartkopf, founded the Friedrich Hartkopf steelware factory, which specialised mainly in the production of pocket knives and penknives. Just as in the founding year, the pocket knives are still made by hand today, which makes it possible to produce smaller series. Although the production has been simplified by machines, manual work remains in the foreground. All blades are also forged according to the old principle.
