The blades are made of stainless steel and are equipped with a polymer plastic handle, making them dishwasher safe and robust. The set includes the paring knife No. 312 with a pointed 10 cm blade that is perfect for precisely cutting fruit and vegetables. The knife No. 313 has a serrated edge on the 10 cm long blade and cuts softer food such as tomatoes with playful ease. The set is completed by the peeler No. 315, which is suitable for right- and left-handed use.
