Game Processing Kit

The Outdoor Edge Game Processing Kit is a professional game cutting kit packed in a robust hard case and containing eleven tools. The case contains, among other things, the "Skinner", a knife with a short, wide blade for removing fur and skin, the "Caper", a small knife with a sharp, slightly curved blade for removing meat remains and tendons from bones, the "Meat Knife", a long, narrow knife with a sharp blade for cutting meat, a "Boning Knife", a wide, short knife with a sharp blade for removing meat and fat from bones, the "poultry scissors", a pair of scissors with sharp, curved blades for cutting up poultry, the "spreaders", tools for spreading breast bones and other small bones, the "cutting board" made of plastic for cutting up meat, the "disposable gloves" made of plastic for protection and hygiene when cutting up meat and the "knife sharpener" for sharpening the blades in the set.  All the blades in the Outdoor Edge Game Pro set are made of high-quality 420J2 stainless steel, which is known for its high corrosion resistance and sharpness. The handles are rubberised (TPR) to ensure a secure grip even in adverse conditions. The set also includes a saw with chrome-plated 65Mn steel and a 25.4 cm blade, which is 37.3 cm long in total. The set's housing measures 36x26x6 cm and the total weight is 1.9 kg
