Horus war eine ägyptische Gottheit, die ein Himmels- und Kriegsgott zugleich war. Der deutsche Designer Uli Hennicke entwarf das Horus Micarta Black mit einer Klinge aus 14C28N-Stahl, wodurch die Klinge bruchsicher und scharf ist. Das Messer weist eine elegante Krümmung des Klingenrückens auf, welche die Bogenkrümmung eines Sonnenuntergangs darstellen soll. Mit einer Griffschale aus Micarta wird das Messer von 2 großen Torx-Schrauben zusammengehalten, weshalb die Reinigung und Wartung sehr einfach sowie schnell funktioniert und das Messer einen besonderen Look bekommt. Die Stabilität wird durch die Schrauben nicht beeinträchtigt. Der umsetzbare Clip ermöglicht eine Deep-Carry-Trageweise, und der Linerlock arretiert die Klinge während der Nutzung des Messers zuverlässig. Das Horus Micarta Black von Real Steel ist ein ideales EDC-Messer, das dezent und nützlich zugleich ist.
