The Ryda Knives A-73 carving knife is the perfect choice for demanding chefs and connoisseurs who expect the highest precision when carving and slicing meat and fish. This 34.5 cm long masterpiece combines timeless elegance with superior cutting performance and impresses with its excellent craftsmanship and high-quality materials. The blade is made of 73-layer San Mai Damascus steel, which offers an ideal mix of hardness and flexibility thanks to its high-carbon steel core made of St650 powder steel and 316/316L steel layers. Thanks to a Rockwell hardness of 60 HRC, the cutting edge remains extremely sharp and is suitable for precise, fine cuts.
The 20.5 cm long blade, 3.5 cm wide and 2.2 mm thick, is specially designed for carving and finely slicing ham, roasts and other types of meat. The precise 2x15% blade grind ensures minimal resistance when cutting, which extends the edge retention and enables a smooth, clean cut.
The handle made of beautifully grained olive wood not only gives the A-73 ham knife a sophisticated look, but also a pleasant, ergonomic feel. At 13.5 cm long, the handle offers excellent balance, so that despite its feather-light weight of just 162 g, the knife sits perfectly in the hand and is effortless to use. The olive wood is naturally resistant to moisture, ensuring long-lasting comfort and grip.
Delivered in elegant packaging with a magnetic closure, the Ryda Knives A-73 ham knife is an ideal gift or a valuable addition to any upscale kitchen. This knife combines Swedish precision with a design that stands up to the most demanding kitchen environments.
