Im Alltag oder unterwegs in der Wildnis - das Candiru ist stets ein treuer Freund. Das kleine Neck-Knife kommt mit einem komplett aus 1095 Kohlenstoffstahl gefertigtem Klingenkorpus. Dieser Stahl ist für seine Schnitthaltigkeit und seine leichte Nachschärfbarkeit bekannt. Mit der schwarzen Pulverbeschichtung fällt auch das Problem mit der Rostanfälligkeit des Stahls weg. Das Messer ist 13 cm lang, wovon 5,1 cm zur Droppoint-Klinge gehören. Diese lässt sich über die Daumenauflage auf dem Klingenrücken schön präzise führen und kümmert sich vor allem um kleinere Schneidarbeiten. Doch auch wenn das Candiru auf dem ersten Blick etwas schwach wirkt, der Schein trügt! Denn die Klinge ist enorm scharf angeschliffen, und der Stahl ist schön robust. Durch die mitgelieferte Kunststoffscheide inklusive Gürteladapter lassen sich vielfältige Tragemöglichkeiten realisieren.

The practical companions quickly became known throughout the outdoor scene and inspire survival professionals all over the world.
