With larger meat dishes, preparation and processing is sometimes not so easy without the right tools. Since standard cutlery forks are usually too short to properly fix a Christmas roast, for example, there are special meat forks. Matching the anyway very handsome Alpha chef's knife series from Güde, the Alpha Pear meat fork comes with a noble look and good handling. The pointed, 18 cm long tines of the fork are made of hand-forged X50CrMoV15 steel. The entire body of the meat fork is forged by hand from a single piece of steel in the Güde manufactory in Solingen. The handle pieces are made of velvety pear wood.
All wood-trimmed Alpha models should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Seit 1910 bietet Güde, die Messermanufaktur aus Solingen, Qualitäts-Kochmesser in hoher Qualität. Diese werden in kleinen Stückzahlen und von Hand gefertigt. Bereits in der vierten Generation werden diese Messer in Deutschland aus einem Stück Stahl hergestellt.
Die klassischen Messerformen sind beides - zeitgemäß und zeitlos - und finden immer mehr Liebhaber. Kein Wunder, denn es gibt für die Firma Güde seit Jahren nur einen Leitspruch "Kompromisslose Qualität". Nicht weniger nicht mehr!
