Das japanische Santoku Damast Red Sandalwood Kochmesser ist ein echtes Highlight in jeder Küche. Der eckige Griff besteht aus rotem Sandelholz, welcher durch eine schwarze Klingenzwinge abgeschlossen wird. Die 16,5 cm lange Klinge wird aus Zen-Bokashi Damaststahl, dem sogenannten Blue Steel gefertigt. Eine Klingenhärte von 61-62HRC macht das Kochmesser extrem schnitthaltig. Die dünn geschliffene Klinge zerteilt jegliches Schnittgut in dünne Scheibchen, ist jedoch nicht zum Hacken oder für harte Lebensmittel geeignet.
