The FORGE chef's knife series from Böker impresses with classic and high-quality materials combined with innovative and dynamic design. The attractive lines stand out from the crowd of conventional kitchen knives without appearing eccentric. The blade geometry, dynamic and function-oriented design of the double bolster, combined with the flat grind and razor-sharp trigger, guarantee the purest cutting pleasure in use.

Forged from X50CrMo15 Chromium-Molybdenum-Vanadium stainless steel, the knives are optimally balanced and fit perfectly in the hand thanks to the ergonomic handle design. The handle scales of the Wood series are made of maple wood. The wood is certified with the FSC seal, which guarantees sustainable forestry and responsible logging. The black handles are made of high-quality ABS plastic. The handle scales are permanently connected to the full-length knife blade with three stainless steel rivets and without joints.
