Product information "Fairbairn-Sykes Kommandodolch"
Der Fairbairn-Sykes Dolch wurde 1940 von den Hauptleuten W.E. Fairbairn und E.A. Sykes für die britischen Kommandotruppen entworfen. Auch weitere Einheiten der Alliierten Streitkräfte nutzten den Dolch während des Krieges, und auch noch heute wird er eingesetzt. Hergestellt wird der Dolch von William Rodgers in Sheffield, dem offiziellen Lieferanten der NATO-Staaten. Die Klinge hat eine Länge von 17,5 cm und besteht aus hochfestem Kohlenstoffstahl, der chemisch geschwärzt wurde. Zum Lieferumfang gehört eine einsatztaugliche Lederscheide. Die Klinge des Messers ist nicht scharf geschliffen.
