Mushroom lovers and forest enthusiasts take note – here comes the nature-loving Marttiini mushroom knife, your faithful companion on the hunt for delicious treasures from the forest floor. With a total length of 18.5 cm and a pleasantly sharp, curved blade, this knife is perfectly designed for gently lifting porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, and other delicacies from their mossy beds – without damaging the forest.
But the best is yet to come: at the end of the handle is a practical brush that you can use to clean your haul of soil, moss, and forest dwellers right there on the spot – without packing half of nature into your backpack. And the non-slip yellow plastic handle? Not only does it fit comfortably in your hand, it also ensures that you don't have to spend hours searching for your precious find among the ferns and pine needles. Who has time for hide-and-seek when the mushrooms are calling?
The whole thing is made in Finland, where they know how to build tools that can withstand a few rainy days – and the occasional slip in the mud. The included leather sheath ensures that your knife is safely stowed away even when you're throwing yourself headfirst into the undergrowth.
Oh, and as for the Smurfs: let's put it this way – if you spot a little blue guy with a hat giving you a dirty look because you've just harvested his house... maybe just pick the next mushroom. You never know.

The Finnish knife maker Marttiini is known for its high-quality hunting and fishing knives. Founder Janne Marttiinni began producing handmade knives, scythes and axes in the rural village of Kierinki in northern Finland in 1902. In 1928, he opened his own forge in Rovaniemi, where he produced a wide range of sturdy and well-crafted knives. Demand quickly grew. In 1940, Marttiini built his first factory, which was partially destroyed in 1944 during the Second World War. After the war, the factory was rebuilt in the center of Rovaniemie. Today, the factory shop is located on the site and is called “Marttiini's Old Factory”. Due to the many different knife models and the constant growth, a new, modern production facility was built in 1972, where the knives are still manufactured today. More than 300 different models are still produced by hand using traditional methods and are constantly being improved. Outdoor enthusiasts, collectors, chefs and many other professional users appreciate the outstanding quality of Marttiini knives and always have them with them as a loyal companion.
