Yaxell KETU Konata 21.5 cm - The knife with the wow factor
If you're looking for a knife that can do everything and also looks really good, then the Yaxell KETU Konata is just the thing. This versatile tool combines the advantages of a chef's knife, nakiri and chopping knife - ideal for everything that needs to be sliced, cut or chopped in the kitchen.
The 21.5 cm long blade is made of high-quality 3-layer steel with an SG2 core and impresses with its sharpness and robustness. The Tsuchime finish, a traditional, hand-hammered pattern, not only provides a casual look, but also has a practical advantage: the uneven surface creates small air cushions between the blade and the food to be cut, which reduces sticking - as if by magic.
The black pakkawood handle, rounded off with an elegant mosaic pin, sits smoothly in the hand and offers optimum balance. With an overall length of 34 cm, the knife is perfectly balanced and ensures relaxed working, no matter how long the use lasts.
Made in Seki/Japan, the KETU Konata reflects the traditional craftsmanship of the best blacksmiths in the world. The Tsuchime technique requires absolute precision: every hammer blow must be perfect, because one mistake could ruin the entire knife - an impressive example of craftsmanship at the highest level.
With the Yaxell KETU Konata 21.5 cm, you not only bring home a powerful kitchen helper, but also a piece of Japanese coolness that is simply fun to use.
