GEK German Expedition Knife

The German Expeditions Knife (G.E.K.) is a modern, rugged survival knife. The design comes from Tony Lennartz, who has been an icon in the field of outdoor/survival and bushcraft for decades. A striking feature is the skeletonized handle design, which also serves to optimize the weight at the same time. The knife sits well and securely in the hand. The blade steel used is the proven N690 steel, which has good corrosion resistance. The G10 handle scales of the German Expedition Knife are firmly screwed to the skeletonized handle.

The sturdy construction weighs 258 g and offers good handling. Included with the knife is a black leather sheath that attaches "cross draw" to the belt. This leather sheath sits diagonally on the belt and can be easily pulled and tucked away. Securing the knife in the leather sheath is done by a two-sided push button latch.
