Whether you are a professional chef or a passionate hobby cook, with the KAI Classic White chef's knife, the ingredients almost slice themselves. The 20 cm long Damascus blade of the Japanese kitchen knife glides through all types of food as if by magic. And it looks damn good too - almost cheeky!

A special feature of the Shun Classic White chef's knife 20 cm that immediately catches the eye is the extremely bright and attractive handle made from selected pakkawood. Especially in combination with the chic damask pattern of the blade and the cool KAI Shun logo, you can't help but associate this chic knife with Japanese cliché images such as pink cherry blossoms. But this is by no means a coincidence: the Japanese Far Eastern charm is part of the characteristic of a KAI knife. After all, the Shun chef's knives from KAI are forged and finished by hand in Seki, combining traditional forging skills with state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.

However, although the eye eats along with the knife, looks are not everything. The handling of the symmetrical wooden handles is also in a class of its own. These handles are just right for hours of work in the kitchen. The aforementioned blade of the kitchen knife is made of 32-layer Damascus steel, which encases the VG-Max cutting core.
