- Order number: 34900
With its 20 cm long blade, the Yaxell KETU chef's knife 34900 is the perfect choice for everyday use in the kitchen. The handmade Japanese chef's knife comes with a 3-layer Damascus blade, which is equipped with a special blade core. This is made of SG2 powder steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and edge-holding. The Tsuchime finish of the blade, which has a non-stick property, is particularly great. The air cushion created between the blade and the food being cut prevents the ingredients from sticking to the blade. This makes it very comfortable to work with, even for long periods of time.
When it comes to working comfortably, you should of course also take a look at the handle of the knife. This is made of pakkawood with a black beech base. The oval handle shape makes the knife handle very comfortable to hold. It is also well balanced. The design of the Yaxell knife is rounded off by the pin in the handle and the engraving at the end of the handle.
