The Slack, by French knife designer Raphael Durand, is strongly based on the traditional Navaja from the Mediterranean region. He has combined the traditional character of the Navajas with a modern design. Thus, G10 comes into the game as the handle material and VG-10 as the blade steel for the slipjoint knife. The stainless steel plates are drilled to reduce the weight of the knife and increase comfort. There is a lanyard loop at the end of the handle, but no clip.
