Böker Plus V-42 ... the combat knife of the Devil's Brigade. With this dagger they purchase a piece of history, because it is identical in construction to the combat knives of one of the most elite special units of the Second World War, the Devil's Brigade. The slim blade is made of extremely robust SK-85 carbon steel and is coated in black to avoid any reflection. At the end of the ergonomic leather handle is a metal pommel with a striking tip. The metal hand guard has an additional leather overlay to protect against hand injuries when thrusting. The slender blade is ground on both sides and sits securely in a deep leather sheath. The soldiers, who were reverently called "Black Devils" by the enemy because of the dark face camouflage, received extensive close combat training with that exact knife. A real collector's item!
