The Barlow Prime curly birch is a rustic pocket knife with tradition, because the Barlow shape has been built since the 17th century and has been convincing ever since. The newly interpreted form of Böker was additionally provided with a long ricasso. The 7 cm long blade is made of nitrogen-alloyed N690 steel, which is not only very durable and therefore rarely needs to be sharpened, but is also corrosion-resistant. The blade can be easily opened via the nail nick and is held by a slipjoint mechanism. To increase safety, a half-stop is built in, where the blade is stopped at 90 grade angles by a resistor. The teardrop shape of the handle feels excellent in the hand. Scandinavian curly birch is used for the handle scales, which exudes a very special charm. This also makes the Barlow Prime curly birch an excellent gift for any friend of sharp tools.
