The Hana Santoku 12.5 cm from Yaxell impresses with its elegant and thoroughly chic appearance as well as its first-class workmanship. The 12.5 cm long blade of the Japanese chef's knife is made of 3-layer steel. A stainless steel sheath layer and a MOVAX Superior blade core combine to create a very sharp and edge-holding blade.
The Hana chef's knives also impress with their low weight and excellent balance - the Yaxell knives are comfortable to hold at all times. This is not least due to the handles, which have a traditional Japanese octagonal shape and are made from pakkawood.
The kitchen knives are all made by hand in the Japanese blade city of Seki, where the Yaxell manufactory is located.
