The Hana Collection from Yaxell is the most affordable range from the Japanese knife company to date. The Hana Santoku 16.5 cm is the larger version of the Japanese all-purpose knife and is suitable for a wide range of tasks in the kitchen. With its sharp stainless steel blade, the kitchen knife cuts through meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. The blade steel of the Yaxell Hana knives consists of 3 layers of steel, each with a stainless steel sheath layer and a blade core made of MOVAX Superior steel. This blade core is responsible for the excellent cutting properties of the knife and therefore makes cooking a lot of fun.

The pakkawood handle has a traditional octagonal shape and is very comfortable to hold. The knives in the Hana Collection are beautifully balanced and are ideal for both professionals and beginners in the kitchen!
