Yaxell comes from Japan and makes high-quality and beautiful chef's knives. The KETU chef's knife is an excellent example. Its 24.3 cm blade cuts any food very cleanly. A chef's knife is a practical knife that should not be missing in the kitchen. Slicing, chopping, dicing and much more, whether precise or coarse, with a little practice you'll be a chef in no time. The blade is made of San Mai steel and features a subtle damask pattern. Its hammered finish not only looks good, it helps you cut. It creates a layer of air between the food and the blade, reducing adhesion and causing the cut to fall off. The gold-plated engraving on the pommel also stands out, of course. It is like the cherry on top of the cream.
