The perfect combination of Nakiri and Yanagiba, the Yaxell KETU Kiritsuke takes on the preparation of fish and vegetables with ease! The Yaxell knife is equipped with a 20 cm long blade made of high-quality Damascus steel. It also has a cutting core made of SG2 powder steel, which makes the knife extremely edge-holding and sharp. The beautiful Tsuchime finish with its hammered look is particularly striking. But the finish not only looks good, it also helps when cutting: Because when cutting with the knife, air cushions are created between the hollows of the blade and the food being cut, which ensure that the food does not stick to the blade.
As the successor to the GOU 101 series, the KETU Collection comes with beautifully simple handles made of black beech wood. The round shape makes them ergonomic and comfortable to hold. This makes even hours of work in the kitchen a real experience. The Japanese chef's knife is visually rounded off by the mosaic pin and the stylish engraving at the end of the handle. The bolster and pommel are both made of stainless steel.
